Academic Seminar STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics)

   
   
   
   

             A Thai administrator and foreign teacher's representative attended an academic seminar on "How other countries teach STEM?" on Wednesday 15th July 2015 to develop Mathematics and Science teaching-learning in school. It was hosted by Nanmee Books Innovation. The activities were:

             - The morning speaker was Mr. Richard Marrett, the Mathematics Professional from Oxford, England who has taught kids from around the world not to be afraid to learn Mathermatics. He presented knowledge of setting up teaching Mathematics using the STEM style. Mr. Kosuke Ide followed, a professional in teaching Science in Hands-on style from Gakken, Japan. He has helped Asian teachers in teaching Science using inquiry style and presented a STEM activity for learning science.

-              - In the afternoon there was the seminar on Science and Mathematics classrooms that experimented in setting up STEM activities (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) for school applications in the future.
