Matthayom 4 Students’ Potential Development Camp

             During May 25th – 26th, 2018, Secondary Department arranged a Potential Development Camp of Academic Year 2018 for Matthayom 4 students. The camp was arranged under the theme “Ektra Diamond”, referring to “Student Cohort with Outstanding Performance – The 22nd Eagle’s Child”. The objective of the camp was to help nurture students’ potential development in regards to university education, to build loyalty and trust to institutions and school, to morally guide and create inspiration towards their future careers. Various activities arranged were as followed.

            

Friday May 25th, 2018

             The camp started with an ice breaking activity called “Group Relationship – 22nd Cohort” to help build relationships amongst the students and emphasize the importance of unity. The next activity was “Ektra Diamond”. There were 7 activity stations set up and each station taught about different aspects of morality; unity, participation, and the importance of building good relationships. The last activity was “Inherit Ektra Legacy”. In this activity, the students learnt about Ektra’s culture, discipline, and how to respect yourself and others. Additionally, Ektra alumni also came to meet the students and to give educational guidance to help inspire our students.

            

May 26th, 2018

             The day started with lining up and discipline practice. After this, the students joined CSR activity “Together We Can”. The activity was led by representatives from “Dr. Chak Pichaironnarongsongkram’s Foundation”. The activity was arranged to instruct the students how to build disabled pet’s wheelchairs. The wheelchairs made were all donated to the project “Kindness Exists, Lives Persist” which belongs to the foundation. For the last activity, the students went up to Auditorium, 4th floor, Building 6, to participate in the parent meeting together with all the parents who came to school to pick all the students up.
