Y.1–Y.12 students celebrated National Science Day through a range of activities combining science, technology and creativity.
On 18th August 2026, Sarasas Ektra School celebrated National Science Day with a programme that brought together science, technology and creativity. Students from Y.1–Y.12 enjoyed a range of activities, including science drama performances, educational talks, student research and invention showcases, and a screening of ECHO, a student-created AI film featured in TIAIF 2026.
The celebration was part of Science Week 2026, held from 13th–21st August. Throughout the week, students also took part in the Science Quiz and Applied Mathematics Quiz Competitions, while our Y.10–Y.12 Science–Math students presented their Science & Technology Projects, sharing their ideas and exploring how knowledge can be applied in practice.
Together, these activities gave students opportunities to explore, create and apply their learning while developing curiosity, analytical thinking, communication and collaboration skills.
