On 23rd June 2026, the Secondary Department of Sarasas Ektra School held the “Ektra Bonding Relationship” activity for the academic year 2026, to warmly welcome students from Year 7 and Year 10.
On 23rd June 2026, the Secondary Department of Sarasas Ektra School held the “Ektra Bonding Relationship” activity for the academic year 2026
This activity was organized to promote positive relationships among students under the Stop Bullying policy, with Year 12 students taking on the role of welcoming, supporting, and guiding Year 7 and Year 10 students through a series of collaborative learning activities and shared experiences.
This year, students participated in four environmentally themed activity stations focusing on sustainability, including:
Emerald: Reduce Reuse & Recycle
Gold: Food Waste Reduction
Amethyst: Waste Separation
Sapphire: Environmental Conservation (Blue Planet)
Through these stations, students learned the importance of environmental responsibility while engaging meaningfully with peers from different year levels.
Another meaningful part of the activity was the Wrist-Tying Ceremony, where Year 12 seniors tied sacred strings for their younger schoolmates as a symbol of care, encouragement, and good wishes. In return, Year 7 and Year 10 students expressed their gratitude and shared their commitment to their seniors.
Through learning, care, and the sharing of encouragement, this activity truly reflected the warm spirit of the Ektra Family.
