Workshop “Listening with Understanding”

On 7th–8th and 12th May 2026, Sarasas Ektra School organized a staff development workshop under the theme “Listening with Understanding”, aimed at enhancing understanding and strengthening skills in supporting and caring for students according to their developmental stages.

The workshop focused on empathetic listening, understanding child development at different ages, and appropriate approaches to student care and support. Through lectures, workshops, and case studies, staff members had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of students’ emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
