GAC ‘7’ Graduation Ceremony

Monday 12th March 2018 saw the final get-together of the GAC ‘7’ students as they turned-up ‘proud as punch’ to attend this year’s International Global Assessment Certificate Graduation Ceremony – in the auditorium at Sarasas Ektra School.

The Regional Academic Manager from ACT Education Solutions, Ms. Christine Hoe, arrived from Singapore especially for the occasion, and she spent a lot of time chatting with both the teachers and the students before the ceremony began.

This year the two MCs, Christopher Gardner and Akkaraya Sawaengha, both from Y.11A, did a great job in keeping everyone informed of what was going on – and coming up. There was a great turn out from parents and friends of the graduating students, and it was good to see the venue very busy with excited people. Proud parents, who had witnessed their sons and daughters working tirelessly to complete the course of study, were finally getting to see them receive their international certification. Teachers and administrators were happy to see so many students graduating from the program – a total of forty nine students were successful – the largest group so far.

The entire ceremony went well: Mr. Ben Hanks gave his first opening speech, there were congratulatory words from Ms. Christine Hoe, Mr. Vee Sarasin spoke on behalf of the graduating students, and the final words of wisdom were delivered, as always, by school Director Mr. Pisut Yongkamol.
