The school welcomes your suggestions, comments and ideas for further improvement of the school. In case of complaints, the school administrative board shall investigate the matter and try to obtain the most effective solution. All the information provided by the parents shall be kept confidential between the parents and the administrators, and shall not reflect on the student whatsoever.
However, to be fair to the people involved and to keep you informed of the progress, we would like to request that you provide your full and correct name only. False signatures, pen names and pseudonyms will not be taken into consideration whatsoever.
